• This offer is valid from 20/09/2025 – 15/01/2026 or until rooms are exhausted.
• The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible current resident at UniLodge @ UC – Campus West. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident and confirmed lease must commence on or after 20/09/2026 to receive the $200 rental credit on their account. 
• To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a Full Year 2026 contract. 
• The referee must include the referrer's full name on the application form.
• The offer is not eligible if the referee is moving from another UC property – this includes:
  • UniLodge @ UC – Weeden Lodge
  • UniLodge @ UC – Cooper Lodge
  • UniLodge @ UC – UC Lodge
• A full deposit, bond and first rental payments must be received by the referee to be eligible for this offer.
• A maximum of 2 people can be referred by one referrer.
• The referee must check in and stay at UniLodge @ UC – Campus West for a full 4 weeks to receive the $200 rental credit on their account. 
• This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer at UniLodge @UC – Campus West. 
• This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears.
• This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
• This offer is only available if booking directly via UniLodge through the website, phone or directly visiting UniLodge @ UC – Campus West.
