1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Metro Adelaide.
2. The offer is valid for new applications and deposits received from 13/10/2025 until 29/12/2025 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on 29/12/2025.
4. Offer is valid on a Two Bedroom Shared Apartment with a lease until 02/07/2026
5. Lease contracts must be until 02/07/2026 to be eligible to receive the discounted price of $320 per week.
6. The discounted rate of $320 per week can only be applied to bookings made with the application form via the UniLodge website or with a UniLodge staff member at UniLodge Metro Adelaide.
7. The discounted rate of $320 per week is only applicable to one room in the Two Bedroom Shared Apartment.
8. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
11. This offer is valid at UniLodge Metro Adelaide and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
