Thinking of applying for a room at UniLodge? Whether you're coming from overseas, moving out of home for the first time, or just want student accommodation that's simple and stress-free — we've got you covered.
Before you jump into the application form, here are a few key things to know:
Some UniLodge properties do charge an application processing fee, usually those that are affiliated with universities. Don’t worry, though. If there is a fee, you’ll be informed before you submit your application.
Yes, if you’re applying for a student-only property, you’ll need to provide a valid COE before moving in. You can still apply without it, but it must be submitted before your move-in date to secure your spot.
You can apply before your visa is approved, but some properties won’t confirm your booking until a valid visa is provided. If your visa isn’t approved and you need to cancel, cancellation fees may apply, so make sure to read the terms and conditions. For non-students, if you’re not an Australian resident, a valid visa for the full duration of your lease is required.
