UniLodge Lincoln House – Refer a friend terms and conditions 

1. This offer is valid from 26/05/2025 to 30/06/2025 or until gift vouchers or rooms are exhausted. 
2. The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible current resident at UniLodge Lincoln House. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident and confirmed lease must commence on or from to 01/07/2025 to receive a $250 gift voucher.  
3. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a minimum lease of 6-months.  
4. The referee must include the referrer's name on the application form. 
5. A maximum of 4 people can be referred by one referrer. 
6. Only one person can be noted as the referrer. 
7. The referrer and referee will be emailed the $250 gift voucher within 4 weeks from the referred resident checking in to UniLodge Lincoln House and full deposit, bond and first rental payments received.  
8. The gift voucher supplier will be Gift Pay Express and the gift voucher will be supplied to the residents via the email address provided on their lease. With all terms and conditions that are stated by Gift Pay Express to be adhered to, visit https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/ for further information. 
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.  
10. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer at UniLodge Lincoln House.  
11. This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears. 
12. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted. 
13. This offer is only available if booking directly via UniLodge through the website, phone or directly visiting UniLodge Lincoln House.
