Terms and Conditions:

  1. To be eligible, applicants must be classified as a new eligible resident at Student Living – City West, defined as individuals who do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a residential agreement at the Property. 

  1. Eligible residents will receive $40 off the weekly rent for: 

  1. A 1 Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Shared Apartment on a 6-month or 12-month lease agreement; or 

  1. A 1 Bedroom in a 4 Bedroom Shared Apartment on a 6-month or 12-month lease agreement. 

  1. The offer is valid for new applications submitted and deposits received between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026, or until allocation is exhausted.  

  1. Eligible leases must commence on or before 31 July 2026. 

  1. Only 6-month or 12-month lease agreements are eligible. Lease end dates must be either 1 February 2027 or 1 July 2027 to qualify.  

  1. To secure the booking and remain eligible for this offer, residents must pay one week’s advance rent for a 1 Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Shared Apartment or 1 Bedroom in a 4 Bedroom Shared Apartment, as outlined in their Letter of Offer, by the payment due date specified. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the resident being ineligible for this offer.  

  1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer. 

  1. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.  

  1. This offer is valid only at Student Living – City West and is not applicable to any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand. 

  1. This offer does not apply to bookings that have already been deposited, received or accepted before 7 July 2026. 

  1. This offer is also valid if booked via education agents, booking agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.  

  1. Pricing is correct as at 7 July 2026 and is subject to change.
