Terms & Conditions 

1. To be eligible for the up to 4 Weeks Rent Free* PLUS an in-room Mini Bar Fridge* offer, you must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Lincoln House. 
2. This offer is valid for new eligible bookings of a Standard Bedroom on a Semester 2, 2026 Full Year or Half Year leases only, made between 1/7/2026 – 31/7/2026 (“promotion period”), or until the allocation of 20 bookings is exhausted, whichever occurs first. 
3. Depending on lease length, eligible bookings will receive -
   • Half year lease bookings will receive 2 weeks Rent Free* PLUS an in-room Mini Bar Fridge*! 
   • Full year lease bookings will receive 4 weeks Rent Free* PLUS an in-room Mini Bar Fridge*! 
4. Check in must be on, or prior to 31/7/26.
5. The Mini Bar Fridge* is a white ChiQ 46L Bar Fridge, which retails for $199 and will be delivered to the resident’s room before 31/7/26.  The Mini Bar Fridge will be kept in the resident’s room until checkout and will remain the property of UniLodge Lincoln House once the resident’s lease has ended.
6. Any bookings that have already been received between 1/7/26 and 8/7/26, will also be eligible for the in-room Mini Bar Fridge* offer.
7. All new residents must have paid their bond payment deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer. 
8. Eligible residents will receive 2 Weeks Rent Free* for a half year booking, which will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease. 
9. Eligible residents will receive 4 Weeks Rent Free* for a full year booking, which will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.  
10. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
11. This offer is valid at UniLodge Lincoln House only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand. 
12. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the up to 4 Weeks Rent Free* offer.
13. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted. 
14. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge offer. 
15. This offer is available if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents. 
16. This offer is valid for eligible applications between 1/7/2026 to 31/7/2026, regardless of payment date, provided the booking is later confirmed and all required payments are completed by the due date outlined in the Letter of Offer and/or Residential Agreement.
