Terms & Conditions 

1. To be eligible for the up to 2 Weeks Rent Free offer, you must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Melbourne City. 
2. This offer is valid for new eligible bookings of Studio Twin Accessible, Studio King Single, Studio Queen or 5-Bedroom Apartments on a Semester 2, 2026 Full Year or Half Year leases only, made between 1/7/2026 – 31/7/2026 (“promotion period”), or until the allocation of 25 bookings is exhausted, whichever occurs first. 
3. Depending on lease length, eligible bookings will receive -
   • Half year lease bookings will receive 1 week Rent Free*
   • Full year lease bookings will receive 2 weeks Rent Free*
4. Check in must be on, or prior to 31/7/26.
5. All new residents must have paid their bond payment deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer. 
6. Eligible residents will receive 1 Week Free Rent for a half year booking, which will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.   
7. Eligible residents will receive 2 Weeks Free Rent for a full year booking, which will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.   
8. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
9. This offer is valid at UniLodge Melbourne City only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand. 
10. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the up to 2 Weeks Free Rent offer. 
11. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
