1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Auckland City to be eligible for this offer.
2. This offer is available to eligible University of Auckland students only.
3. The discounted rate is available for eligible new bookings only, using the discount code: YOLO.
4. Eligible students who use the discount code YOLO at the time of booking will receive a flat discounted rate of $439 per week, regardless of the selected eligible room type or stay period.
5. This offer is valid from 1 May 2026 until 31 December 2026 (“Promotional Period”), unless extended or withdrawn earlier at UniLodge’s discretion.
6. This offer applies only to eligible new bookings made during the Promotional Period and is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
7. The discount code must be entered at the time of application or booking. Discount codes submitted after a booking has been received, deposited, accepted, or confirmed will not be applied retrospectively.
8. UniLodge reserves the right to request proof of University of Auckland student status.
9. All new residents must pay the required bond and/or advance rent payment as outlined in their Letter of Offer or lease agreement to secure their booking. Failure to make payment by the specified date may result in the booking being deemed ineligible for this offer.
10. Rooms are allocated subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for another room type or transferred to another UniLodge property.
11. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge promotion, discount, incentive, special offer, or referral offer unless otherwise stated by UniLodge in writing.
13. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Auckland City and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
14. This offer is not valid for bookings that have already been deposited, received, accepted, or confirmed prior to the discount code being applied.
15. This offer is available for direct bookings made via the UniLodge website, phone, email, or in person at UniLodge Auckland City.
16. This offer is not valid if booked via education agents, booking agents, referral agents, external booking platforms, or the agent booking portal.
17. If the resident cancels, defers, transfers, breaks their lease, or does not commence their lease, they may no longer be eligible for this offer, and the discounted rate may be forfeited.
18. UniLodge reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying the discounted rate.
