Who are we looking for?

• We are seeking authentic storytellers who call Melbourne or Auckland home.
• Current University Students: Ideally in your 2nd or 3rd year (all genders welcome).
• Social Media Influence: A following of 10K+ on Xiaohongshu (Red) with high engagement rates.
• Content Creators: You have a sharp eye for aesthetics, stable output, and pro-level filming/editing skills.
• Vibe: You love sharing your daily life and have a unique, relatable voice.

• 每周2条植入帖或Vlog（分享你的精彩生活日常即可）
• 每月1条指定内容贴或Vlog

The Partnership (Deliverables)
As a UniLodge Ambassador, you will integrate your living experience into your digital presence:

• Weekly: 2x "Life at UniLodge" daily vlogs or posts on RedNote(organic lifestyle content).
• Monthly: 1x Themed feature vlog or post on RedNote (showcasing specific apartment amenities or local area guides).

条款与条件

1. 入住日期：入选申请者需确保能够于2026年2月下旬之前办理入住
2. 租约协议：合格候选人需针对这 22 周 的住宿期签署标准的入住协议
3. 筛选标准：UniLodge 保留根据内容契合度及社交媒体互动数据筛选候选人的最终决定权。
4. 成功入选后，将提供正式租赁协议。
5. 合作内容归 UniLodge 所有。
6. UniLodge 有权修改或终止合作。

Terms & Conditions

1. Move-in Date: Successful applicants must be ready to move in by end of Feb 2026.
2. Lease Agreement: Candidates will be required to sign a standard occupancy agreement for the 22-week period.
3. Selection: UniLodge reserves the right to select candidates based on content alignment and engagement metrics.
4. The full terms of the residential lease agreement will be provided upon successful selection.
5. All content created as part of this arrangement will remain the property of UniLodge.
6. UniLodge Australia reserves the right to amend or discontinue the terms of engagement if the arrangement is no longer suitable.
