1. This offer is valid for all new bookings received from 25 June 2026 and 24 July 2026, or until allocation is exhausted. 
2. To be eligible for this offer, applicants must: 
   1. Book and attend a room tour; and 
   2. Submit application on the spot; and  
   3. Pay the required deposit to secure their room within the same 48 hours as the room tour. 
3. Eligible applicants will receive:  
   1. A $100 Digital VISA Gift Card for an eligible half-year lease ending 1 February 2027; or 
   2. A $200 Digital VISA Gift Card for an eligible full-year lease ending 1 July 2027. 
4. To be eligible for this offer, applicants must: 
   1. Be enrolled as a student and provide a valid student ID and proof of enrolment.  
   2. Sign a lease commencing between 8 July 2026 and 24 July 2026.  
   3. Enter into a lease agreement ending on 1 July 2027 or 1 February 2027.  
   4. Complete all required lease documents and pay the full deposit within 48 hours as the room tour.  
5. Failure to complete any of the above requirements will result in the booking being deemed ineligible for this promotion. 
6. This offer is available to the first 50 eligible bookings only, or until 24 July 2026, whichever occurs first. 
7. The Digital VISA Gift Card will be available for collection within four (4) weeks once the resident has checked into the property. 
8. The Digital VISA Gift Card will be supplied to the resident via email address provided on their application form. 
9. This offer is not available to current residents of UniLodge Metro Adelaide. 
10. This offer is not valid for bookings that have already been confirmed, accepted, or paid prior to 25 June 2026. 
11. This offer will be forfeited if the resident: 
    1. Breaks their lease early; 
    2. Changes rooms; or  
    3. Transfers to another UniLodge property.  
12. The offer may be claimed once per person. 
13. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit. 
14. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Metro Adelaide and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand. 
15. Bookings made via education agents, booking agents, or referral agents through the relevant agent portal are eligible.
