7. The applicant will receive the four weeks in two amounts, two weeks as a rental credit in the first 3 months of the lease term, and the second two weeks in the last month of the lease term.
8. The resident must fulfill the full lease period to receive the remaining weeks of free rent.
9. All new bookings must have paid their deposit of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
