Terms and conditions:

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge East West Apartments.
2. The offer is valid for 1 bedroom within 3 bedrooms shared apartments only. 
3. The offer is valid for new applications and deposits received from 21/01/2026 until 28/02/2026 or until allocation is exhausted.
4. Lease must commence prior to or on 27/02/2026.
5. Contracts must be whole year or half year lease term to be eligible for discounted rate with a lease end date of either 01/07/2026 or 01/02/2027. 
6. This offer won’t be valid on apartment numbers 52, 53, 102, 103 as they are on a separate Management Agreement.
7. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 1 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
10. This offer is valid at UniLodge East West Apartments and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
11. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted before 21/01/2026.
12. This offer is also valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
