The cosmopolitan Rundle and Gouger streets boasting trendy cafes and coffee shops are also within walking distance.

The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including fridge/freezer, cooktop, ducted range hood and microwave oven.
The laundry room on the ground floor includes both washing machines and dryers. Access to the coin operated laundry is available 24/7, so you can do your washing at any time of the day.

The property is in a great location with easy access to public transport. A lovely 15 minute walk to the famous Rundle Mall & Rundle Street and all public transport stations.
The famous Rundle Mall is approximately 15 minutes from the building as well as the cosmopolitan Rundle Street with its trendy cafes and restaurants. Only 950 meters to the popular China Town and the Central Markets.
