What is included in the rent?

Brand new apartments with all appliances included - (Fisher & Paykel oven, dishwasher, cooktop, as well as a Haier fridge, washer and dryer)vreverse cycle heating/cooling, secure storage cage, access to all resident amenities (gym, co-working hub, lounges, rooftop, wellness hub).

Apartments comply with Better Apartment Design Standards (BADS) 

Is the accommodation fully furnished?

Yes, furnished options are available.

What is the minimum lease term?

12 months preferred but you can request flexible options.

Is the property pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome. Includes dog wash, dog run.

Are there laundry facilities on-site or in the apartment?

Yes, each apartment has a functional laundry with washer and dryer.

Is there air conditioning and heating in the rooms?

Yes, heating and cooling in living rooms and bedrooms.

Are there options for single or shared rooms?

Yes, 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments are available (single or shared living).

Is there a secure like storage area or parking available?

Yes, secure resident car parking and secure bicycle storage are provided.

Are there any outdoor spaces, like gardens or BBQ areas?

Yes – there’s exterior gardens and rooftop BBQ areas with CBD views.

 

Is there a co-working or study space available for residents?

Yes, a co-working hub with bookable meeting rooms.

Are there any social events or activities organised for residents?

Yes, there’s resident engagement events are part of the Living Events Calendar.

Is the building secure, and how is access controlled?

Yes – There’s integrated keyless door entry, swipe entry linked to resident app, video intercom, parcel lockers and 24/7 security.

Are there any rules about having guests over?

No, but there are building policies and noise restrictions.

Can I personalise or decorate my room?

Yes, you can decorate and customise your room within reason.
