UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House, has everything you could possibly need. Located on RMIT Bundoora West Campus, this modern building offers:

We offer a great range of self-contained apartments including a range of studio rooms and shared apartments with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Rent includes electricity, gas, water, WiFi internet, and our residential life program. You can check out our apartments and common areas through our virtual tours and photos.
Our state-of-the-art complex is safe and secure, with electronic key card access to all areas and CCTV security monitoring. RMIT University welcomes visiting academics, researchers and PhD scholars to stay in our on campus accommodation on a short term basis. Contact us to be part of this great new campus experience. We also offer Study Abroad and Exchange (SAEX) students accommodation packages to suit your requirements.

50 bike racks are available to all residents and are undercover and secure. The bike shed is located on the ground floor.

UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora - Walert House features some great common areas with

- two themed game zones: The Den and The Deck;

- dedicated postgraduate club-style lounge area;
- and an outdoor terrace with BBQ.
Car Park
120 car park bays are available in a dedicated area across from the building for a cost of $262 per year or $157.50 for 6 months.
The car park is fitted out with lighting, CCTV surveillance and boom gate access. Permits are available for purchase at RMIT’s parking website on campus.
Kitchens
The kitchen in your apartment has all of your basic essentials, including fridge/freezer, cooktop, ducted range hood and microwave oven.
Laundry
The laundry room includes washing machines, dryers and drying racks. Access to the laundry is available 24/7, so you can do your washing at any time of the day, free of charge.

Outdoor terrace with BBQ available in the Common Area.
On-site Staff
Our on-site friendly customer service focused staff offer general assistance and pastoral care services – you will always have someone there for you.
Photo-copying / Printing
If you need to make a photocopy or print an assignment, one of our friendly customer service staff at reception can assist. There is also a free photocopier and printer on 4th floor.
Public Transport Stops
The property is in a great location with close access to public transport connecting residents to Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs. Tram 86 and bus stops are on the doorstep, while Thomastown Train Station is only 5.5km away which is accessible by bus.
Retail Shops in Precinct
University Hill Town Centre is only a 10 minute walk away from the property, offering over 100 stores, supermarket, take away food outlets and cafes. Several other major shopping centres just a short bus ride away, with the bus stop right near our front door.
