No. Sorry, the RTA does not permit charging tenants a fee for processing an application
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay a Security Deposit equivalent to 4 weeks rent. Prices vary depending on the room type.
Yes cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 2 weeks rent.
Car parking is available but spaces are limited. Bicycles are parked in a secure bike store room with camera surveillance.
Yes - The departure clean fee is $150 per room.
Utility charges are included in your rent.
Unlimited internet is included in weekly rent for lease agreements that are 6 months or longer.
The internet provider is Vostronet.
A FREE mattress protector is provided for you at commencement.
Yes, you will need to select an insurance provider that best suits your needs. This is not included in your rent.
Residents may check-in Monday to Friday from 2pm to 4pm (except public holidays).

Please email reception at email@example.com at least five working days before the arrival/check-in date. Upon arrival, please call 08 8942 0706 and press "0" when prompted OR dial 88# from the intercom located on the left side of the entry door and follow instructions. Our after-hours staff will come down to assist you.
In order to have access to an after-hours room key, the resident will need to sign the Occupancy Agreement. The resident will have access to the room until the next working day at which point the resident must-see reception to finalise all remaining paperwork.
