No. There are no application fees.
Yes. To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay two week’s advanced rent plus the cost of a mattress protector and shower curtain if applicable and a Security Deposit / Bond of 6 weeks rent.
Yes there is a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 weeks rent.
There is only 1 free space available per town house. Bicycle spaces are free. Apartments do not offer car parking.
Yes - The cost to clean a room depends on the room and you will be invoiced individually for this clean.
Per the lease agreement, the tenant will be charged a reletting fee which equates to 2 weeks rent + GST by the remaining weeks to the end of the agreed term divided by 75% of the total agreed weeks, plus the departure clean and any remaining sundry charges and is required to pay rent until a replacement tenant has signed the lease.
Electricity is separately metered so tenants are responsible for payment of their own electricity connection & consumption.
Tenants need to organise their own internet plans.
Yes, these are charged at $29.95 per bed.
