UniLodge Metro Adelaide - Up To 3 Weeks Free Rent Offer Terms & Conditions

1. 1 Bedroom Standard Apartment: Receive 2 weeks of free rent when you sign a full-year lease ending on 1 July 2026. 

2. 1 Bedroom Standard Apartment: receive 1 week of free rent when you sign a half-year lease ending on 1 February 2027. 

3. 2 Bedroom Standard Share: Receive 3 weeks of free rent when you sign a full-year lease ending on 1 July 2026.  

4. 2 Bedroom Standard Share: Receive 1 week of free rent when you sign a half-year lease ending on 1 February 2027. 

5. This offer is valid for all new bookings received on 1 Bedroom Standard Apartment and 2 Bedroom Standard Share from 25 June 2026 and 24 July 2026, or until allocation is exhausted. 

6. To be eligible for this offer, you must be a new resident of UniLodge Metro Adelaide. 

7. To be eligible for this offer, you must be enrolled as a student and provide a valid student ID and proof of enrolment.  

8. To be eligible for this offer, you must sign a lease commencing between 8 July 2026 and 24 July 2026. 

9. To be eligible for this offer, you must enter a lease agreement ending on 1 July 2027 or 1 February 2027. 

10. To be eligible for this offer, you must complete all required lease documents and pay the full deposit by the due date stated in the Letter of Offer. Failure to do so will result in the booking being ineligible. 

11. This offer is available for the first 50 eligible bookings only, or until 24 July 2026, whichever occurs first.  

12. The free rent will be applied as a rental credit for the final month of lease. 

13. This offer is not available to current residents of UniLodge Metro Adelaide. 

14. This offer is not valid for bookings that have already been confirmed, accepted, or paid prior to 25 June 2026.  

15. This offer will be forfeited if the resident: 

    1. Breaks their lease early; 

    2. Changes rooms; or  

    3. Transfers to another UniLodge property. 

16. This offer may be claimed once per person.  

17. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another benefit. 

18. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Metro Adelaide and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia and New Zealand. 

19. Bookings make via education agents, booking agents, or referral agents through the relevant agent portal are eligible.  

20. This offer may be combined with the Room Tour & Booking Incentive promotion; subject to the terms and conditions of that promotion. Except for the Room Tour & Booking Incentive promotion, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, rebate, incentive, or special offer.
