1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Perth Central.
2. The offer is valid for new applications and deposits received from 5/02/2026 until 28/02/2026 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence between 5/02/2026 - 16/03/2026
4. Discounted rate offer is valid only for Studio High Floors.
5. Offer is only valid for the following lease periods:
   1. Full Year 2026 (2 weeks free rent) 
   2. Half Year 2026 (1 week free rent)
6. This offer can only be applied to bookings made with the application form via the UniLodge website.
7. If the tenant applies for the Full Year lease they will receive the first 1 week of free rent when they check in and the remaining free weeks which will be applied as a rent credit at the end of the original lease term. 
8. If the tenant applies for the Half Year lease they will receive the 1 week free rent at the end of their lease period/contract, which will be applied as a rent credit.
9. The resident must fulfill the full lease period to receive the remaining weeks of free rent, which will be applied as a rent credit.
10. All new bookings must have paid their deposit of 2 weeks rent to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
13. This offer is not valid for existing bookings that have already been deposited, received, or accepted prior to the start date of this promotion.
14. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
15. This offer is valid at UniLodge Perth Central and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
