• The referrer must be classified as a current resident at UniLodge South Bank. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident and confirmed lease must commence on or from 08/06/2026 to receive a $250 digital visa gift card.
• To be eligible for this offer, the referee must sign a minimum 12-month lease for a 6-bedroom multi-share room at UniLodge South Bank.
• The referee must include the referrer's name on the application form.
• A maximum of 4 people can be referred by one referrer.
• Only one person can be noted as the referrer.
• The referrer and referee will be emailed the digital visa gift cards within 4 weeks from the referred resident checking in to UniLodge South Bank and full deposit, bond and first rental payments received.
