2. This offer applies to new eligible bookings received between 18/02/2026 – 28/02/2026 (“promotion period”), or until all remaining rooms are booked, whichever comes first.
3. Contracts must commence on or before 31/03/2026.
4. This offer is valid for Studio Premium Rooms only.
5. A minimum contract length of 42–52 weeks applies.
6. All new residents must pay their bond deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date will make the booking ineligible for this offer.
7. Eligible residents will receive a total of 2 Weeks Rent Free, applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.
8. This offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
