Terms and Conditions: 

1. To be eligible, applicants must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Park Central, defined as individuals who do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a Residential Agreement at the property.  
2. Eligible residents will receive a discounted weekly rental rate on the following room types:  
   • Studio Single  
   • Studio Double  
   • Studio Accessible  
   • Studio Premium  
   • Studio Deluxe  
   • 4 Bedroom Apartment  
   • 5 Bedroom Apartment  
   • 5 Bedroom Apartment with Private Bathroom  
   • 6 Bedroom Apartment (Half Year Only) 
3. Eligible residents must book either a Full Year or Half Year stay type through the UniLodge booking portal.  
4. The discounted weekly rental rates are:  
   • Studio Single – $499/week (Full Year) or $529/week (Half Year)  
   • Studio Double – $519/week (Full Year) or $549/week (Half Year)  
   • Studio Accessible – $559/week (Full Year) or $589/week (Half Year)  
   • Studio Premium – $559/week (Full Year) or $589/week (Half Year)  
   • Studio Deluxe – $579/week (Full Year) or $609/week (Half Year)  
   • 4 Bedroom Apartment – $389/week (Full Year) or $419/week (Half Year)  
   • 5 Bedroom Apartment – $369/week (Full Year) or $399/week (Half Year)  
   • 5 Bedroom Apartment with Private Bathroom – $449/week (Full Year) or $479/week (Half Year)  
   • 6 Bedroom Apartment - $389/week (Half Year) 
5. This offer excludes 6 Bedroom Apartments Full Year Rates, which are subject to a separate promotional offer.  
6. The offer is valid for new applications submitted and deposits received between 16 July 2026 and 31 July 2026, or until the allocation of 100 eligible bookings has been exhausted, whichever occurs first.  
7. Eligible Residential Agreements must commence for Semester 2 2026.  
8. To secure the booking and remain eligible for this offer, residents must pay the required deposit and any applicable advance rent, as outlined in their Letter of Offer, by the payment due date specified. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the resident becoming ineligible for this offer.  
9. This offer is strictly limited to the first 100 eligible bookings. Once the allocation has been exhausted, the offer will no longer be available.  
10. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Park Central and is not applicable to any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.  
11. This offer does not apply to bookings that have already been deposited, received or accepted prior to the promotional commencement date.  
12. This offer is available for direct bookings made through the UniLodge website, bookings submitted through the UniLodge reservations team, and bookings made by education agents, booking agents or referral agents via the UniLodge agent booking portal.  
13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, incentive or special offer unless otherwise specified by UniLodge.  
14. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.  
15. Pricing is correct as at 16 July 2026 and is subject to change.  
16. Standard application fees, security deposit (bond), advance rent and any other applicable charges remain payable in accordance with the Residential Agreement.
