• This offer is valid between 19/02/2026 - 31/03/2026
• The referrer must be an eligible current resident of UniLodge Perth Central at the time the referral is submitted.
• The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident.
• To be eligible, the referee must sign a minimum 6-month or 12-month lease commencing on or after 19/02/2026
• The referee must enter the referrer’s full name on their UniLodge application form.
• A maximum of 4 successful referrals per referrer applies. Only one resident can be listed as the referrer.
• The referrer and referee will each be emailed a $300 GiftPay Express gift voucher within 4 weeks of all the following being completed:
  • the referee has checked in,
  • full deposit, bond and first rental payment have been received,
  • eligibility has been verified.
• Gift vouchers are supplied by GiftPay Express and issued to the email address listed on the lease. GiftPay Express terms and conditions apply (see https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/).
• This offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer at UniLodge Perth Central.
