Terms and Conditions - Two Weeks Free Rent* & the Free Cleaning* limited time offer:
    1. This offer is valid for all new bookings received from the 19/12/2025 to 31/01/2026.
    2. The lease must be a duration minimum of 6 months.
    3. You must be classified as a new resident of UniLodge Park Avenue to be eligible for this offer.
    4. The 2 Weeks Free Rent offer is for a single room in a 3-bedroom apartment or a Standard bedroom.
    5. The 2 Weeks Free Rent will be applied as a 2-week rental credit in the last 2 weeks of the lease period.
    6. This offer is only valid until sold out and is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
    7. In the event of a lease break, residents will not be eligible for the 2-week free rent offer.
    8. To be eligible for this offer, the Semester 1 booking must start no later than the 31st January, 2026.
    9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    10. Free Cleaning Clause:
        ○ Free - Quarterly cleaning is made available to 3-bedroom apartments.
        ○ Free - Quarterly cleaning is made available to Standard bedrooms.
    11. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Park Avenue and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.
    12. This offer is not valid with any other promotions or offers.
    13. All new bookings must have all lease documents signed, and their full deposit paid to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
    14. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
