•    The referrer must be an eligible current resident at UniLodge Toowong.
•    The referee (friend) must be classified as a new eligible resident with a valid student ID.
•    A confirmed lease must commence on or after 1/10/2025.
•    The referee must include the referrer’s full name on the application form. If the referral requirements aren’t met, neither the referrer nor the referee will receive the gift cards.
•    A full deposit, bond, and first rental payment must be received by the referee for eligibility.
•    The referee must check in and remain a resident at UniLodge Toowong for at least 8 weeks to receive the gift card. 
•    The gift card will be sent to the referee and referrer after the 8 weeks after the check in date. 
•    This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
•    This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion at UniLodge Toowong.
•    This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears.
•    This offer is only valid for direct bookings made via UniLodge Toowong’s website, phone, or in person.
