Terms and Conditions 

1. This offer is valid from 15/06/2026 to 31/07/2026 or until digital visa gift cards are exhausted. 

2. The referrer must be classified as a current resident at UniLodge Herston to be eligible for this offer. 

3. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Herston. Existing residents entering into a new accommodation agreement are not eligible. 

4. To be eligible for this offer, the referee must enter into either a 6-month or 12-month accommodation agreement at UniLodge Herston, with the lease commencing on or before 31/07/2026. 

5. The referee must provide the referrer's full name and contact details at the time of application. 

6. Only one referrer may be nominated per booking. 

7. The referrer will receive one (1) $200 Digital Visa Gift Card supplied by True Rewards for each successful referral. 

8. The Digital Visa Gift Card will be issued to the referrer within six (6) weeks of the referred resident: 
   8.1 checking in to UniLodge Herston; and 
   8.2 paying all required upfront payments, including bond, deposit and first rental instalment. 

9. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals that may be made by a referrer during the promotional period, subject to gift card availability. 

10. This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer at UniLodge Herston. 

12. This offer is only available for direct bookings made via the UniLodge Herston website, by phone or directly with the UniLodge Herston property team. 

13. This offer is not valid for bookings made through education agents, booking agents or referral agents. 

14. This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears. 

15. This offer is not valid for bookings that have already been received, accepted or deposited prior to 15/06/2026.
