1. This offer is ongoing and available until withdrawn by UniLodge Park Avenue. UniLodge reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time.
2. The referrer must be an eligible current resident at UniLodge Park Avenue. The referred friend must be a new eligible resident at UniLodge Park Avenue.
3. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a minimum lease of 6 months. 
4. The referee must include the referrer's name on the application form.
5. The referrer and referee will be emailed the $300 gift voucher within 4 weeks from the referred resident checking in to UniLodge Park Avenue and full deposit, bond and first rental payments received.
6. The gift voucher supplier will be Gift Pay Express, and the gift voucher will be supplied to the residents via the email address provided on their lease.
