1. This offer is valid from 21 May 2026 to 31 August 2026, or until available rooms are exhausted, whichever occurs first. 
2. The referrer can be a new or current resident at UniLodge Brisbane City at the time of referral. 
3. Both the referrer and referee must sign a lease with a minimum term of 20 weeks (Semester Stay) to be eligible for this offer. 
4. The referee must include the referrer’s full name at the time of application or booking.  
5. This offer is valid for direct bookings only (via UniLodge website, phone, or in person). Bookings made via agents or third-party platforms are not eligible. 
6. The $250 rent credit for both the referrer and referee will be issued after the referee has successfully moved in and all required payments (including bond and initial rent) have been received.  
7. The rent credit for each person will be issued within 4 weeks after referee move-in. 
8. This offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. 
9. If the referee cancels, defers, or does not commence their lease, both parties will forfeit eligibility for the offer. 
10. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Brisbane City and is not available at any other UniLodge property.
