The longer your friend's lease, the greater the reward! 

• $100 each* for a Semester Lease (minimum 20 weeks) 

• $150 each* for a Half-Year or Academic Year Lease (minimum 26 weeks) 

• $200 each* for a Full-Year Lease (minimum 48 weeks) 

Plus, there's no limit to the number of eligible friends you can refer during the promotional period, so you can earn rewards for every successful referral.

Terms and Conditions 

1. This offer is valid from 12/10/2026 to 01/02/2027, or until rooms are sold out. To qualify, the referee must complete their booking and check in at UniLodge Toowong by 01/02/2027. 

2. The referrer must be classified as a current resident at UniLodge Toowong at the time the referral is made. The referrer is not required to remain a resident at UniLodge Toowong until the gift cards are issued, provided all other eligibility requirements have been met. 

3. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Toowong and hold a valid student ID. Existing residents entering into a new accommodation agreement are not eligible. 

4. To be eligible for this offer, the referee must enter into a qualifying accommodation agreement at UniLodge Toowong, with the lease commencing between 12/10/2026 and 01/02/2027 inclusive, and must check in by 01/02/2027. The gift card value will be determined by the original lease term as follows: 

1. Semester Lease (minimum 20 weeks): one (1) $100 gift card each for the referrer and referee. 

2. Half-Year or Academic Year Lease (minimum 26 weeks): one (1) $150 gift card each for the referrer and referee. 

3. Full-Year Lease (minimum 48 weeks): one (1) $200 gift card each for the referrer and referee. 

5. The referee must provide the referrer's full name at the time of application. If the referral requirements are not met, neither the referrer nor the referee will be eligible to receive a gift card. 

6. Only one referrer may be nominated per booking. 

7. The referee must pay all required upfront payments, including the deposit, bond and first rental instalment, to qualify for this offer. 

8. The referee must check in and remain a resident at UniLodge Toowong for a minimum of twelve (12) weeks to qualify for the gift cards. 

9. Subject to all eligibility requirements being met, one (1) gift card of the applicable value will be issued to each of the referrer and referee within fourteen (14) weeks of the referee's check-in date, allowing for the minimum twelve (12) week residency requirement and up to two (2) additional weeks for processing. 

10. Reward eligibility is based on the original qualifying lease term. If the referee's accommodation agreement is shortened, cancelled, transferred or terminated before completing the minimum twelve (12) week residency requirement, both the referrer and referee will forfeit their eligibility to receive the gift cards. Any changes to the accommodation agreement after this requirement has been satisfied will be subject to the remaining eligibility conditions of this promotion. 

11. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals that may be made by a referrer during the promotional period, subject to room availability and all offer requirements being met. 

12. This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 

13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer at UniLodge Toowong. 

14. This offer is only available for direct bookings made via the UniLodge Toowong website or directly with the UniLodge Toowong property team in person. 

15. This offer is not valid for bookings made through education agents, booking agents or referral agents. 

16. This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears. 

17. This offer is not valid for bookings that have already been received, accepted or deposited prior to 12/10/2026. 

18. Gift cards will be supplied by Gift Pay Express and delivered electronically to the email addresses provided by the eligible referrer and referee on their accommodation records. Gift cards are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Gift Pay Express.

20. UniLodge Toowong reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
