Terms and Conditions:

1. To be eligible for this offer, applicants must be classified as new residents of UniLodge Park Avenue.
2. This offer applies only to eligible bookings for a Standard Bedroom on an Academic Stay or Flexi Stay lease at UniLodge Park Avenue.
3. Eligible applications must be submitted directly to UniLodge Park Avenue or through an approved education, booking or referral agent between 29 July 2026 and 14 August 2026.
4. The resident’s lease must commence on or before 14 August and end on or before 20 November 2026.
5. Applications received, deposited, confirmed or accepted before 29 July 2026 are not eligible for this offer.
6. The effective weekly rate is provided by way of a rental rebate. It does not change the headline weekly rent rate as stated in the resident’s Letter of Offer or Residential Agreement.
7. The rebate will be applied automatically to the resident’s rental account with each applicable rent charge, reducing the amount payable to the relevant effective weekly rate.
8. Residents must pay all required bond, deposit, advance rent and other upfront payments by the due dates stated in their Letter of Offer and/or Residential Agreement. Failure to complete the required payments by the applicable due date may result in the booking becoming ineligible for this offer.
9. Standard Bedroom Full Year and Half Year bookings are not eligible for the effective-rate rebate.
10. Residents receiving the weekly rebate rate are not eligible for the 2 Weeks Rent Free or 4 Weeks Rent Free incentive.
11. This rebate cannot be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge discount, promotion, incentive or negotiated offer.
12. This offer is available to agents. Agent bookings must be submitted through the applicable agent booking process and include the relevant agent code where required.
13. The rebate is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
14. Residents who break, terminate or transfer their lease, default on rental payments or otherwise fail to complete the agreed fixed-term lease may forfeit the rebate.
15. Rooms and lease options are subject to availability and will be allocated at UniLodge Park Avenue’s discretion.
16. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Park Avenue and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
