UniLodge Herston is a new and affordable purpose-built student accommodation community created within the refurbished towers of the heritage-listed Lady Lamington Building and located within the Herston Quarter Redevelopment, just 3.5 km from the Brisbane CBD. Situated in a central inner-city suburb, UniLodge Herston is 1km to QUT’s Kelvin Grove campus, which connects you easily to QUT Gardens Point via the inter-campus bus. You'll also be a short 1.5 km walk to Brisbane’s nightlife mecca, The Valley. By living at UniLodge Herston you'll have access to the custom designed state-of-the-art common facilities including a MasterChef inspired kitchen, cinema, a range of common areas and games rooms, courtyards, and 24/7 private gymnasium.

*Things you need to know about the Semester 2 Offer:

1. You must be classified as an new resident at UniLodge Herston to be eligible for this offer.
2. The offer is valid for all new applications for the Twin Bunk or Twin Room rooms received from 31/07/22 to 03/08/22.
3. The offer is valid for eligible residents with a contract start date of on or before 31/8/22.
4. An eligible resident must sign a minimum 6-month contract for either a Twin Bunk or Twin Room to be eligible for this offer. By signing a 6-month contract you will still be awarded the 12-month weekly rental rate.
5. The offer is valid for the first 50 bookings only, or until allocation exhausted.
6. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
8. This offer is only valid based on one person occupying the room within the lease contract period.
9. This offer is valid at UniLodge Herston and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
10. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
11. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer at UniLodge Herston.
