Student Living Waymouth – 1 Week Rent Free Offer Terms & Conditions 

1. To be eligible for the 1-week free rent or 2-week free rent offer, you must be classified as a new resident at Student Living – Waymouth. 

2. 1-week free rent offer is valid for new eligible bookings on all room types, on a Semester 2, 2026 Half Year lease only, made between 06/07/2026 - 31/07/2026 ("promotional period"). 

3. 2-week free rent offer is valid for new eligible bookings on all room types, on a Semester 2, 2026 Full Year lease only, made between 06/07/2026 - 31/07/2026 ("promotional period"). 

4. Lease must commence on or before 31/07/2026. 

5. All new residents must have paid their deposit payment to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer. 

6. Eligible residents will receive a total of 1 Week Free Rent or 2 Week Free Rent, which will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.  

7. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.  

8. This offer is valid at Student Living – Waymouth only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.  

9. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the 1 Week Free Rent offer or 2 Week Free Rent offer.
