To be eligible for the 1-week free rent offer, you must be classified as a new resident at Student Living – Waymouth. 

This offer is valid for new eligible bookings of Double Studio Apartments (Level G-4), Double Studio Apartments (Level 5-8) and Large Double Studio Apartments, on a Semester 2, 2026 Full Year or Half Year leases only, make between 23/06/2026 - 31/07/2026 (“promotion period”).  

Lease must commence on or before 31/07/2026. 

All new residents must have paid their deposit payment to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer. 

Eligible residents will receive a total of 1 Week Free Rent, which will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.  

This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.  

This offer is valid at Student Living – Waymouth only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.  

If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the 1 Week Free Rent offer. 

This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.  

This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge offer.
