1. To be eligible for the 6 Week Rent Free offer, you must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Lincoln House.
2. This offer is valid for new eligible bookings of Standard Bedrooms on a Full Year lease ending February 2027 only, made between 26/02/2026 and 3/03/2026 (“promotion period”), or until the allocation of 25 bookings is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
3. Lease must commence on or before 9/03/2026.
4. All new residents must have paid their bond payment deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
5. Eligible residents will receive a total of 6 Weeks Free Rent which, will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease.
6. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
7. This offer is valid at UniLodge Lincoln House only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
8. If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the 6 Weeks Free Rent offer.
