TERMS AND CONDITIONS - UNILODGE ROYAL MELBOURNE REFER A FRIEND

1. The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible current resident at UniLodge Royal Melbourne. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident and the confirmed lease must commence on or prior to 28/02/2026 for the referrer to receive one week of free rent at the end of the referrer’s rental agreement.
2. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a lease ending either in June/July 2026 or January/February 2027.
3. This offer cannot be transferred exchanged for cash.
4. This offer is only available if booking directly via UniLodge through the website or by visiting reception.
5. The referee must include the referrer’s full name on the application form.
6. The referrer will not be eligible for one week of free rent if the referee cancels or transfers their rental agreement prior to the rental agreement expiry date.
7. This offer is only eligible for residents of UniLodge Royal Melbourne.
8. This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears.
9. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
