UniLodge Royal Melbourne– Refer a friend terms and conditions

  1. This offer is valid from 26/05/2025 to 31/07/2025 or until rooms are exhausted.
  2. Both the referrer and referee will receive 1 week of free rent.
  3. The free rent will be applied as a rental credit to the resident account at the end of their rental agreement.
  4. The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible current resident at UniLodge Royal Melbourne. The referred friend (referee) must be classified as a new eligible resident and confirmed lease must commence on or from to 30/06/2025 to receive a 1-week free rent.
  5. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a minimum lease of 6-months. 
  6. The referee must include the referrer's full name on the application form.
  7. A maximum of 4 people can be referred by one referrer.
  8. Only one person can be noted as the referrer.
  9. 1 week rent free is calculated based on the weekly rental rate secured at time of booking.
  10. This offer is voided if the referrer or referee terminates their rental agreement before the end date on their rental agreement.
  11. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
  12. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer at UniLodge Royal Melbourne.
  13. This offer is not available if the referring resident is in arrears.
  14. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
  15. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks and Bond to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
