1. To be eligible for the Flexi Stay offer at UniLodge Victoria University, you must either be classified as a new resident, or a current resident whose lease ends on or before 28/11/2025 and is renewing or signing a new lease for the Flexi Stay period.
2. The discounted rates are only valid for eligible bookings of the below room types and must be received from 04/08/2023 to 28/11/2025 ('sale period'), unless sold out prior.
   1. 2 Bedroom Apartment: $369 per person, per week (discounted from $405) 
   2. 6 Bedroom Apartment: $325 per person, per week (discounted from $355) 
   3. Regular Studio Apartment: $449 per week (discounted from $485) 
3.  All new residents must have paid their advance rent of four (4) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
4. This offer applies only to a minimum lease of 10 weeks.

6. Lease must commence between 01/09/2025 and 28/11/2025.
7. Lease must end on 6/02/2026.
