Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is valid until 31 December 2026, or while gift cards or available rooms last, whichever comes first.
2. To be eligible, the referrer must be a current resident at UniLodge Stafford House at the time of the referral.
3. The referred friend, also known as the referee, must be a new eligible resident with no prior confirmed lease at UniLodge Stafford House.
4. The referee must sign a confirmed lease at UniLodge Stafford House for a minimum lease term of 20 Weeks for the referrer and referee to qualify for the reward.
5. The referee must include the referrer’s full name on their application form at the time of booking. Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively after the booking has been submitted.
6. The referrer and referee will each receive a $50 gift card once the referee has checked in and all required upfront payments, including deposit, bond and first rental payment, have been received.
7. Gift cards will be issued electronically via GiftPay and sent to the email address listed on the resident’s lease. Recipients must comply with GiftPay’s terms and conditions.
8. Gift cards are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
9. This offer is exclusive to UniLodge Stafford House and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
10. This offer is valid only for bookings made directly through UniLodge, including via the website, phone, email or in person at the property.
11. This offer is not valid for bookings made via education agents, booking agents, referral agents, external booking platforms or agent booking portals, unless otherwise approved in writing by UniLodge.
12. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other UniLodge offer, promotion, discount or incentive.
13. If the referee cancels, transfers, breaks their lease, does not check in, or fails to complete the required upfront payments, both the referrer and referee will no longer be eligible for the reward.
14. UniLodge reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
