Terms and Conditions UniLodge Auckland Central – Refer a Friend Offer

1. This offer is valid from 1 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, or until available rewards are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
2. The referrer must be a current resident at UniLodge Auckland Central at the time of referral.
3. The referred friend (referee) must be a new resident with no prior lease at UniLodge Auckland Central.
4. The referee must sign a lease with a minimum term of 20 weeks to be eligible for this offer.
5. Both the referrer and referee must be actively residing at UniLodge Auckland Central at the commencement of Semester 2 2026 for the reward to be valid.
6. The referee must include the referrer’s full name at the time of application or booking. Referrals submitted after booking will not be accepted.
7. This offer is valid for direct bookings only (via UniLodge website, phone, or in person). Bookings made via agents or third-party platforms are not eligible.
8. The $100 gift card for both the referrer and referee will be issued after the referee has successfully checked in and all required payments (including bond and initial rent) have been received. Gift cards will be issued within 2–4 weeks post check-in.
9. Gift cards are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
10. If the referee cancels, defers, or does not commence their lease, both parties will forfeit eligibility for the reward.
11. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Auckland Central and is not available at any other UniLodge property.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless otherwise stated.
