*Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is valid from 1 December 2025 to 27 February 2026, or while gift cards or available apartments last, whichever comes first.
2. To be eligible, the referrer must be a current resident at UniLodge Wellesley Apartments.
3. The referred friend (referee) must be a new eligible resident with a confirmed lease commencing within the offer period.
4. The referee must sign a minimum lease term of 20 weeks for the referrer to qualify for the reward.
5. The referee must include the referrer’s full name on their application form at the time of booking.
6. The referrer will receive the $50* gift card via email within four (4) weeks after the referee has checked in and the full deposit, bond, and first rental payments have been received.

8. Gift cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
