1. You must be classified as a new resident at UniLodge Melbourne Central to be eligible for this offer.
2. This offer is valid until the allocated Studio Standard (25) and Studio Long (25) Apartments are sold out, or the offer expires – which ever comes first. 
   1. Studio Standard @ $505 per week. 
   2. Studio Long @ $495 per week. 
3. All new residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
4. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be exchanged for another room within the property.
5. Lease must commence between 18/11/2025-19/12/2025 and end 13/02/2026 (fixed date), with a MLOS of 8 weeks. 
6. This offer is valid until 19/12/2025 unless extended or withdrawn earlier at UniLodge’s discretion.
7. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
