Terms and Conditions:

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Herston
2. The offer is valid for applications and deposits received from 01/02/2026 until 28/02/2026 or until allocation is exhausted.
3. Lease must commence prior to or on 28/02/2026.
4. Offer is valid on these selected rooms:
   1. 2 Bed Bunk
   2. 2 Bed Bunk Corner Deluxe
   3. 2 Bed Bunk Premium
   4. 2 Bed Bunk Standard
5. The offer is available for the following lease periods
   1. Full year - $800 gift card
6. All new bookings must have paid their advance rent of 2 weeks to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
7. If the resident's rental account is in arrears at any point during the lease contract - they will not receive the gift card in relation to this offer.
8. If the resident signs a Full Year lease they will receive a gift voucher which will be provided to eligible residents in one card/transaction.
9. If the resident signs a Full Year lease they will receive a gift voucher in one transaction and will be provided at the end of September 2026.
10. All gift cards provided to the resident through this offer can be used towards their rent. 
11. If a resident wants to use the gift cards towards their rent, they must settle their rent at the reception at UniLodge Herston.
12. Residents must be checked in and in-room to receive the gift cards.
13. If the resident's rental account is in arrears, at the time of the application, they will not be provided the gift card.
14. If a resident breaks lease prior to the contract expiry date, they will not be provided the gift card.
15. If a resident breaks lease prior to the contract expiry date and they have received the gift card, they are required to pay back the gift voucher amount in full prior to departure.
16. The gift voucher supplier will be Gift Pay Express and the gift voucher will be supplied to the resident via the email address provided on their lease. With all terms and conditions that are stated by Gift Pay Express to be adhered to, visit here for further information.

20. This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.
21. This offer can not be used in conjunction with another UniLodge Herston offer.
22. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
