Terms and Conditions apply:

1. The event will be held on Thursday, 29 October 2026 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at UniLodge Brisbane City, 41 George Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000. 
2. The event is open to all students and parents. Attendees do not need to be a current resident of UniLodge Brisbane City or any other UniLodge property to attend. 
3. Registration is required to be eligible for a complimentary goodie bag. 
4. The first 100 people to register for the event will automatically be eligible to receive one complimentary goodie bag upon arrival at the event. 
5. Each eligible person must present their event registration confirmation email to UniLodge staff on arrival to receive their goodie bag. 
6. Goodie bags are limited to one per eligible registered person, are subject to availability, and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for any other benefit. 
7. Selected food and beverage offerings will be provided free of charge during the event, subject to availability. 
8. Food trucks will also be present at the event. Any food or beverages purchased from a food truck will be at the attendee’s own cost and will be supplied under the food truck operator’s applicable terms. 
9. Attendees are responsible for considering their own dietary requirements and allergies before consuming any food or beverages offered or purchased at the event. 
10. Seating will be provided at the event; however, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. 
11. Group property tours will operate every 30 minutes during the event, subject to operational requirements and availability. 
12. Attendees who wish to join a property tour must express their interest at reception or to a UniLodge staff member on the day. 
13. Tour group sizes may be limited. Expressing interest does not guarantee a place on a particular tour, and attendees may be allocated to the next available tour. 
14. Attendees must follow all reasonable directions provided by UniLodge staff while at the event and during property tours. 
15. By registering for the event, the registrant acknowledges and agrees to the UniLodge Privacy Policy and consents to receiving marketing information from UniLodge. The registrant may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications. 
16. UniLodge may photograph or film general event activities. Where required, any use of an attendee’s identifiable image for marketing purposes will be managed in accordance with applicable consent and privacy requirements. 
17. UniLodge reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
