Terms and Conditions
- This offer is available to new residents only who enter into a new residential tenancy agreement at UniLodge Kensington for 2027.
- For new residents and new bookings where a new deposit is required, the four (4) weeks’ advance payment, comprising four (4) weeks’ rent, must be paid by the date specified in the Letter of Offer. Failure to make the required payment by the specified date will result in the booking being ineligible for this offer.
- This offer applies to eligible fixed-term leases of 26 weeks, 48 weeks or 52 weeks.
- Rooms are subject to availability for eligible new bookings made by 30 November 2026.
- Early bird rates are available for eligible new bookings made between 01/10/2026 and 30/11/2026.
- This offer is valid until 30/11/2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at University of Sydney’s discretion.
- Early bird rates are weekly rates in Australian dollars (AUD) and apply for the full length of the eligible tenancy agreement. Total savings shown are based on the full length of the contract term.
