Terms and Conditions

1. Offer valid from 7 October to 31 December 2026, or until the first 100 eligible referred bookings are confirmed, whichever occurs first. Bookings are counted in the order signed tenancy agreements and required upfront payments are received.
2. The referrer must hold a confirmed 2027 booking at UniLodge Auckland Central, which must remain valid when rewards are issued.
3. The referred friend (referee) must be a new resident with no previous lease at UniLodge Auckland Central and book during the offer period for a stay commencing in 2027, with a minimum lease term of 20 weeks.
4. The referee must provide the referrer’s full name at the time of application. Retrospective referrals and self-referrals are not eligible. Only one referrer may be nominated per booking.
5. Each successful referral earns the referrer and referee a NZ$100 electronic gift card each, issued within four weeks after the referee checks in and all required bond and initial rent payments are received.
6. Gift cards will be emailed to each recipient’s registered email address. They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the issuer’s terms.
7. If either party cancels their eligible booking before rewards are issued, or the referee does not commence their stay, both parties forfeit the reward.
8. Offer applies to direct bookings at UniLodge Auckland Central only. Agent and third-party bookings are excluded.
9. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted. All bookings are subject to availability and standard UniLodge tenancy terms.
10. UniLodge reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Standard UniLodge leasing policies apply.
11. This offer is exclusive to UniLodge Auckland Central and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
