*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You must be classified as a new eligible resident at UniLodge Darwin to be eligible for this offer.

2. The 2-weeks free rent is available for new bookings on Studio Standard, 2 Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, 4 Bedroom Internal and External Apartment types for a Full Year or Half Year lease.

3. The referee must indicate the referrer in their application form to be eligible for the offer.

4. The maximum of total weeks of free rent, inclusive of any offers or incentives, shall not exceed 6 weeks.

5. The offer is valid for all new applications and deposits received from 05/08/2025 until 28/02/2026 or until allocation is exhausted.

6. This offer is available to the first 50 bookings only.

   6.1 Weeks rent free is calculated based on the weekly rental rate secured at time of booking. 6.2 Weeks of free rent will be applied as a rental credit to the resident account in the first 6 months of the lease commencement date. The second allotment of 2 weeks free rent will be credited to the resident account in the last 2 weeks of the lease.

7. At the time of application of the rent rebate, the resident’s rental account should not be in arrears. If the arrears are not cleared, this will cause delay and forfeiture of issuing the incentive.

8. In the event of a lease break, termination or release from agreement, residents will not be eligible for this offer and the rental fees will be added back into the resident’s rental account to be paid.

9. All residents must have paid their advance rent of two (2) weeks and Bond to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.

10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

11. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

12. This offer is only valid at UniLodge Darwin and is not available at any other UniLodge properties in Australia or New Zealand.

13. This offer is not valid for new bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.

14. This offer is valid if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents via the agent booking portal.
