• You must be classified as an eligible new or renewing resident at UniLodge Park Central to qualify for this offer.  

• The offer is valid for new applications, new bookings, and eligible lease renewals received from 1 July 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on 10 July 2026, subject to availability.  

• The offer is valid for all room types.  

• Eligible residents must book for Semester 2 2026 or renew their existing lease during the promotional period.  

• Eligible residents will receive:  

  • 2 weeks rent free and a $250 gift card when signing a 6-month lease; or 

  • 2 weeks rent free and a $500 gift card when signing a 12-month lease.  

• The offer is available for bookings made directly through the UniLodge website, eligible lease renewals, and bookings submitted via the agent booking portal by education agents, booking agents, or referral agents.  

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, incentive, or special offer unless otherwise specified by UniLodge Park Central. 

• The offer is not valid for existing bookings that have already paid a deposit, been accepted, or been confirmed prior to the commencement of this promotion unless they are completing an eligible lease renewal.  

• The 2 weeks rent free will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the original lease term.  

• The applicable $250 or $500 gift card will be issued during the final 6 weeks of the lease period, provided all eligibility requirements have been met.  

• The resident must fulfil the full original lease term to receive any rent credits and gift cards associated with this promotion.  

• If a resident terminates their lease early, transfers rooms, or otherwise fails to complete the original lease term, any rent credits or gift cards associated with this promotion will be forfeited.  

• All new bookings must pay the required 2-week deposit to secure their booking, as outlined in the Letter of Offer, by the date specified. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified due date will result in the booking being deemed ineligible for this promotion.  

• This offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for any other benefit.  

• This offer is only valid at UniLodge Park Central and is not available at any other UniLodge property.  

• UniLodge reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
