Why is UniLodge Darwin changing to StudentLiving Darwin?
The move from UniLodge Darwin to StudentLiving Darwin represents the next chapter for our property.
Over time, our community has grown and evolved, with people coming to Darwin for university, work, new opportunities and a change of pace. Our residents come from different backgrounds and have different reasons for calling Darwin home.
The new name reflects this broader community and experience of living in the Top End.
While students remain an important part of our community, StudentLiving Darwin represents a place where people can live, connect and experience everything Darwin has to offer.
And while the name is changing, the heart of the building remains the same.
What does the name change mean for residents?
If you already live at UniLodge Darwin, there’s no need to worry – the heart of the building remains the same.
The same community, the same team and the same place you know as home are here at StudentLiving Darwin. The name is changing, but your experience of living here continues.
Most importantly, there are no changes to any existing contracts or leases as a result of the name change. Your current agreement remains in place as it is.
For existing residents, there’s nothing you need to do. The rebrand is simply a new name that reflects the next chapter for the property and the community that calls it home.
