Good news: applying for student accommodation at UniLodge is simple. Whether you're looking for a private studio or a shared apartment, here’s exactly how to apply.
Pro Tip: Before you start the application, be sure you have access to the documents needed to complete your application (see Step 3 below). If you don’t have them ready, bookmark the property page in your browser and return to it later.
Head to the UniLodge website and start your search by city or university.
Once you’ve found a property that suits your needs, it’s time to select a room type:
Note: If the room is waitlisted (i.e. currently full), you can still apply, the property team will let you know if a spot becomes available or offer alternatives.
Fill in your details, including:
Click Complete My Application once done.
You’ll receive an email with:
This might take a few days depending on demand at the property.
If your selected room is fully booked:
Find your future home today! Visit the website and start exploring your student accommodation options at UniLodge.
If you’ve applied for a room at UniLodge but no longer plan to move in, that’s okay, just make sure you let us know in writing at least 28 days before your lease starts.
Already accepted your offer and paid a deposit or Advance Occupancy Fee? You might be able to get a partial refund, depending on whether we’re able to re-lease your room. Refunds aren’t guaranteed and are up to the UniLodge property team, so it’s best to get in touch as soon as possible to talk through your options.
