Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for this offer, applicants must be classified as new residents of UniLodge Park Avenue.
2. This offer is valid for eligible applications for UniLodge Park Avenue submitted directly or through an approved education, booking or referral agent between 31 July 2026 and 14 August 2026, regardless of the payment date, provided the booking is subsequently confirmed and all required payments are completed by the due dates outlined in the Letter of Offer and/or Residential Agreement. The offer applies to eligible bookings for selected Studio, Standard Bedroom, 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom room types only.
3. Eligible residents will receive the following rent-free incentive based on their confirmed lease type:
   • Half Year lease: 2 Weeks Rent Free
   • Academic Year lease: 2 Weeks Rent Free
   • Full Year lease: 4 Weeks Rent Free
4. Flexi Stay bookings are not eligible for a rent-free incentive.
5. Residents must pay all required bond, deposit, advance rent and other upfront payments by the due dates specified in their Letter of Offer or lease agreement. Failure to make the required payments by the specified due date may result in the booking becoming ineligible for this offer.
6. The applicable rent-free incentive will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the resident’s completed fixed-term lease. At the time the rental credit is applied, the resident’s rental account must not be in arrears.
7. Residents who break, terminate or transfer their lease, default on their rental payments, or otherwise fail to complete the agreed fixed-term lease will forfeit the rent-free incentive.
8. This offer is available for eligible direct bookings and bookings made through approved education agents, booking agents or referral agents.
9. Agent bookings must be submitted through the applicable agent booking process and include the relevant agent code where required.
10. This offer does not apply to bookings that were received, deposited, confirmed or accepted before 31 July 2026.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other UniLodge discount, promotion, incentive or negotiated offer.
12. The rent-free incentive is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
13. This offer is valid only at UniLodge Park Avenue and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand.
14. Room types, lease options and individual rooms are subject to availability and will be allocated at UniLodge Park Avenue’s discretion.
