This offer is available to both new residents and current residents signing a new accommodation agreement, subject to availability and while gift card allocations remain available. Terms and Conditions: 

1. This offer is valid for new bookings received between 15 June 2026 and 31 July 2026 inclusive. 

2. Eligible residents will receive one (1) $500 Digital Visa Gift Card. 

3. This offer is available while gift card allocations remain available. 

4. The promotion is available to new residents and current residents entering into a new accommodation agreement at UniLodge Herston. 

5. The offer is available to both domestic and international residents. 

6. The promotion applies exclusively to bookings for the following room types at UniLodge Herston, subject to availability: 2 Bed Bunk, 2 Bed Bunk Corner Deluxe, 2 Bed Bunk Premium, and 2 Bed Bunk Standard.

7. Residents must enter into an eligible accommodation agreement with a minimum lease term of six (6) months. 

8. Eligible accommodation agreements must commence on or before 31 August 2026. 

9. The offer is only available for bookings made during the promotional period and is not available retrospectively for bookings accepted or deposits paid prior to 15 June 2026. 

10. Residents must have physically checked in to the property to qualify for the promotion. 

11. Residents must have paid all required amounts, including any applicable deposit, bond and rent payments, before the gift card is issued. 

12. Residents must not have any outstanding rent arrears at any time during their accommodation agreement to remain eligible for the promotion. 

13. Residents who cancel their booking prior to check-in will not be eligible for the gift card. 

14. Residents who terminate or break their accommodation agreement early will forfeit their eligibility for the gift card. 

15. If a resident has already received the gift card and subsequently breaks their accommodation agreement, the resident will be required to repay the full value of the $500 gift card prior to departure. 

16. The $500 Digital Visa Gift Card will be issued on 10 December 2026 to eligible residents. 

17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer. 

18. The promotion is available for both direct bookings and bookings made through education agents or booking agents. Standard commission arrangements will continue to apply to eligible agent bookings. 

19. The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

20. UniLodge Herston reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to withhold the gift card where these Terms and Conditions have not been met. 

21. UniLodge Herston reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
