Terms & Conditions 

1.    To be eligible for the 1 Week Rent Free offer, you must be classified as a new resident at Student Living on Raleigh. 
2.    This offer is valid for new eligible bookings of any room type with a lease ending between 15/6/2027- 30/6/2027.  
3.    Check in must be on, or prior to 15/8/2026; with a lease end date of 15/6/2027 - 30/6/2027 (Full Year).
4.    All new residents must have paid their bond payment deposit to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer. 
5.    Eligible residents will receive a total of 1 Week Free Rent which, will be applied as a rental credit at the end of the lease. 
6.    This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. 
7.    This offer is valid at Student Living on Raleigh only and is not available at any other UniLodge property in Australia or New Zealand. 
8.    If you decide to break your lease you will not be eligible for this offer and will no longer be eligible for the 1 Week Free Rent offer. 
9.    This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited/received/accepted.

11.    This offer is available if booked via education agents, bookings agents or referral agents.
